Sun Run:
- we are working on getting the contacts from the department
VP Academic:
- no response yet, keep trying to get someone
Christmas Party:
- plan to be Dec3
- book Kaiser 2020/2030 from 4pm to 9pm (Shreya)
- send out email announcement for now, details to follow (Michelle)
- budget is about $700 to $900, including decorations and food
- can get volunteers to help if needed
- maybe ask Cara Dong if she can help with photography
- Trivia maybe?
Movie Night:
- around 6 pm, pick a short (ish) movie
- probably Kaiser 2020 or MCLD 418
- can do poll for movie selection and registration
- pizza, popcorn, pop
Sports:
- send general and targeted emails to get more players
- register men’s futsal tier 1, still need to get a captain
- will also need to ask for a volleyball captain
Networking Night
- venue is booked

- Get a structure of volunteers we will need – to be discussed next meeting (All)
